Salina is our Main Location and most comprehensive facility, offering primary care, pediatrics, women’s health (OB/GYN), dental services, eye care, podiatry, behavioral health, pharmacy, lab services, and radiology. This is the only Syracuse Community Health location with dental, eye care, and full OB/GYN services.

Yes! We welcome new patients across all our services – primary care, pediatrics, dental, women’s health, and all specialties. Call (315) 476-7921 to schedule your first appointment or complete our online new patient registration form. New patients can usually be seen within a few days.

We accept all forms of Medicaid (including all managed care plans), Medicare, and most private insurance plans. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we also offer sliding fee discounts based on income for uninsured or underinsured patients. No one is turned away for inability to pay. Bring proof of income and household size to qualify.

Yes! 930 S. Salina is the ONLY Syracuse Community Health location with full dental services. We provide cleanings, fillings, extractions, emergency dental care, and preventive dentistry for all ages. Most insurance accepted, including Medicaid. Call (315) 476-7921 to schedule a dental appointment.

Absolutely! Our pediatrics team provides comprehensive healthcare for babies, children, and teens including well-child checkups, vaccinations, sick visits, sports physicals, school physicals, and developmental screenings. We accept newborns and patients through age 18. Same-day sick appointments often available.

Yes, we have an on-site laboratory at 930 S. Salina. We can perform routine blood work, diabetes testing, cholesterol screening, pregnancy tests, STI testing, and other diagnostic tests. Most lab results are available within 24-48 hours. No separate appointment needed – lab work done during your visit.
