We welcome patients of all ages, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and self-pay patients are welcome, with sliding fee discounts available for those who qualify.

Welcome to Syracuse Community Health. Growing up in a community with similar struggles to those in Syracuse, my passion has always been to deliver high-quality, equitable care to those who need it most.
