Syracuse Community Health provides high-quality, affordable healthcare with 13 convenient locations serving Syracuse and Onondaga County. Our comprehensive services include primary care, dental care, behavioral health, eye care, pediatrics, women’s health, QuickCare, addiction services, podiatry, care management, and family support services.

We welcome patients of all ages, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and self-pay patients are welcome, with sliding fee discounts available for those who qualify.

At yesterday’s press conference at Syracuse Community Health, the CNY Jazz in the City announced this years dates and artists for this unique six-event summer series. Syracuse Community Health will be attending each event to provide access to mobile testing and blood pressure screenings, counseling, education and more. These events are free, fun, entertainment for the whole family.
