Yes, the Syracuse Community Health Quick Care Center welcomes walk-in patients during all open hours—no appointment needed. We’re open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday at 819 S. Salina Street in Syracuse. Whether you have a sudden illness, injury, or dental pain, our providers are ready to see you at a time that’s convenient for your schedule.

Syracuse Community Health Quick Care Center accepts all forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. We also offer sliding-scale fees based on income and flexible payment plans for uninsured or underinsured patients. Our goal is to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone in the Syracuse community, regardless of insurance status.

The Quick Care Center is located at 819 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13202 in the heart of Syracuse. We’re easily accessible from anywhere in Onondaga County and offer extended evening hours Monday through Friday until 8 p.m., plus Saturday hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for your convenience.

Our Quick Care Center treats a wide range of urgent medical and dental issues including cold and flu symptoms, ear and throat infections, rashes, sprains, cuts and bruises, minor eye problems, and dental pain. We provide comprehensive care for conditions that need attention but aren’t serious enough for an emergency room visit. If you arrive by ambulance and don’t require ER-level care, we can treat you as well.
