Noel received a Bachelor of Science in General Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from The Pennsylvania State University. He then pursued a Master of Medical Science in the Physician Assistant Program at Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine. Noel worked as a Medical Assistant at Star Community Health in Allentown, Pennsylvania, during school. He is bilingual in Spanish.
