Erica received a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from RIT, followed by a Master’s in Tourism from the University of South Australia. She later pursued nursing and received a bachelor’s in nursing from the University at Buffalo, and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center. She is currently pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Erica started working at SCH in 2016 as an RN in Pediatrics, and after becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in the school-based program until 2021.
