Noah received a bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from SUNY Empire State College. He recently received a Master’s degree in social work from Keuka College. He completed his internships with Cayuga Centers, Jewish Family Services, and The Q Center at ACR Health, prior to joining the SCH family.
