Both! You can establish ongoing primary care with one of our providers AND walk in for urgent sick visits. We encourage building a long-term relationship with your provider.
We accept most insurance plans including Medicaid (all managed care plans), Medicare, and most private insurance. If you’re uninsured, we offer sliding fee discounts. Call (315) 476-7921 to verify your coverage.
Many lab tests are processed same-day or within 24-48 hours.
