John Milligan is a graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Accounting, and a Minor in Computer Sciences. He previously worked as Vice President of Finance and/or CFO at Oneida Healthcare, A. L. Lee Memorial Hospital, and St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Milligan most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at Upstate Family Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Utica, NY. He also has extensive experience as an Auditor, was a Consultant Partner at Fust Charles and Chambers LLP and is a Partner at M. S. Hall & Associates, LLC. He is currently a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA).
