Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Closed Sundays. We're open later than most clinics in Syracuse!
Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins welcome for Quick Care (urgent needs). For primary care or behavioral health, we recommend calling (315) 476-7921 to schedule, though we'll accommodate same-day needs when possible.
Do you have a pharmacy?

Yes! We have an on-site pharmacy that can fill prescriptions immediately after your visit. Most insurance accepted, plus sliding fee discounts.
Can I get mental health treatment here?

Yes! 819 S. Salina is home to our behavioral health services, including psychiatry and addiction treatment. Call (315) 476-7921 to schedule with our mental health team.
What's the difference between this location and 930 S. Salina (Main)

819 is focused on Quick Care with extended hours (until 8 PM (M-F and 6 PM on Saturdays) and has behavioral health + pharmacy. 930 Main is our comprehensive care center with dental, eye care, OB/GYN, and more specialties.
Do you accept walk-ins on Saturday?

Yes! Saturday hours are 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. for walk-in Quick Care.
Can I see a doctor for ongoing care, not just urgent issues?

Absolutely! While we accept walk-ins for urgent needs, you can also establish primary care with one of our providers for ongoing healthcare. Call (315) 476-7921 to schedule.
What if I can't afford healthcare?

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer sliding fee discounts based on income. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
Is this location good for children?

Yes! We provide pediatric care including well-child visits, sick care, sports physicals, and immunizations.
Can I get lab work or X-rays here?

Yes, we have on-site lab and X-ray services. Most labs are processed same-day or next-day.
