What are Quick Care Center hours? +
Our Quick Care Centers offer extended hours: 819 S. Salina is open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Quick Care at OCC is open Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Walk-ins welcome at both locations!
Do I need an appointment for Quick Care? +
No appointment needed! Quick Care is designed for walk-in urgent care. However, you can call ahead to reduce wait time at (315) 476-7921.
What services does Quick Care provide? +
Quick Care offers urgent care, minor injury treatment, illness care, physical exams, lab work, X-rays, vaccinations, COVID testing, sports physicals, and prescription services. Full list varies by location.
What's the difference between Quick Care and Primary Care? +
Quick Care is walk-in care for urgent needs (illness, injury, minor emergencies). Primary Care is for ongoing healthcare (chronic conditions, annual checkups). Our Quick Care Centers offer both!
When should I go to Quick Care instead of the Emergency Room? +
Choose Quick Care for non-life-threatening conditions like cold, flu, minor injuries, sprains, cuts, fever, ear aches, or rashes. Go to ER for chest pain, severe injuries, difficulty breathing, or true emergencies.
Does Quick Care accept my insurance? +

Yes! Our 819 S. Salina Quick Care location has an on-site pharmacy where you can fill prescriptions immediately after your visit.

We have two Quick Care Centers: 819 S. Salina St. (downtown Syracuse) with extended evening and Saturday hours, and Quick Care at OCC (on Onondaga Community College campus) open weekdays.
