I'm not a student at OCC. Can I still use Quick Care?

YES! Quick Care at OCC is open to the PUBLIC. You do not need to be an OCC student, faculty, or staff member. Everyone is welcome Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
Do I need an appointment?

No! Walk-ins are welcome. However, if you're establishing primary care or want to ensure minimal wait time, you can call ahead at (315) 476-7921.
What if I need care on evenings or weekends?

Quick Care at OCC is open Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. For evening or weekend care, visit our Quick Care at 819 S. Salina (open until 8pm weekdays and 6pm on Saturdays). For true emergencies, call 911.
Do you accept my college student health insurance?

Most likely yes! We accept most student health plans. Call (315) 476-7921 to verify your specific plan is accepted.
Can I get lab work done at OCC or do I need to go elsewhere?

Lab services are available on-site at Quick Care at OCC. We can do most routine bloodwork, STI testing, pregnancy tests, and more right here.
What's the difference between Quick Care at OCC and Quick Care at 819?

Both locations offer walk-in urgent care. OCC is on campus (convenient for students), open 10am-6pm Mon-Fri. 819 S. Salina is downtown, open until 8pm weekdays and 6pm on Saturdays, and has behavioral health and pharmacy on-site.
Can I establish a primary care doctor at OCC?

Yes! While we accept walk-ins for urgent needs, you can also schedule ongoing primary care appointments with our providers. Great for students who want continuity of care.
Where do I park?

Free parking is available in OCC campus lots near Residence Hall C. Follow OCC campus parking signs or ask at the Student Center for directions.
