Yes, absolutely. All family planning and reproductive health visits are completely confidential, regardless of your age or insurance status. Your privacy is protected by law.
What family planning services do you offer?

We offer comprehensive family planning including all birth control methods (pills, IUD, implant, injections, condoms), contraception counseling, pregnancy testing, STI testing and treatment, and women's health exams. Call (315) 476-7921 for details.
Do you have Spanish-speaking providers?

Yes! We have bilingual staff at our Oswego Street location. Hablamos español. You can request a Spanish-speaking provider when you call to schedule.
Do I need insurance for family planning services?

No. We offer sliding fee discounts for family planning services based on income. We accept Medicaid (including Family Planning Benefit Program), Medicare, and private insurance. No one is turned away.
Can my partner come with me for family planning appointments?

Yes, you're welcome to bring a support person. However, we also ensure you have private time with your provider if needed.
